What makes 575 Escape special?

Located in the Tall Timbers neighborhood of Granby Ranch, 575 Escape is a rare vacation rental. There are just not many house rentals that are a short walk to the main lift “Quick Draw”, that are also dog-friendly and have a ground level bedroom. Add our whole house air-conditioning and you’ll be comfortable no matter what season you choose for your visit.

A few more things that set us apart from other vacation rentals-  When we say our max occupancy is 14, this means beds (and bedding) for 14, seated dining for 14, and plenty of dishware, glasses, and cutlery for 14. We won’t ask you for the names, ages, or proof of identify for others in your group (apart from the guest who initiated the booking). We don’t require your group to provide us with their emails to use our free and fast WiFi. We accept all well-behaved dogs, regardless of breed, size, weight, or age for a flat fee of $80 per dog, per stay.

575 Escape is ideal for groups that are 10 or less which is why we charge an additional $25 per guest, per day for groups over 10. We have a 2-night minimum for most of the year. During our high seasons (December – March and June – August), our minimum nightly stay increases to 3 nights. Occasionally, we will allow 2 nights during high season if it is between bookings. Convenience and flexibility

Self check-in is managed via smart locks and a unique code changed and customized for each guest. There are no keys to lose and you can check-in any time after 4pm on the day of your arrival, at your convenience.

  • Living room with gas fireplace, various board games, and a 77” flat-screen Smart TV with Roku
  • Fully-equipped kitchen with large island that seats five
  • Spacious dining table seats ten
  • Bedroom with king bed, adjustable desk, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, two sinks, & toilet

Upstairs:

  • Bedroom with king bed, adjustable desk, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and bench, two sinks, & toilet

House Rules

  1. Please respect Granby’s quiet hours: 10PM to 7AM. Renter is responsible for all costs related to noise violations received during their stay.
  2. No parties or large gatherings at the house of guests not listed in the original booking.
  3. Only four vehicles maximum at this property (two inside the garage and two in the driveway). No on-street parking allowed. Our HOA does fine and tow. Renter is responsible for any costs incurred.
  4. Minimum 25 years of age to rent.
  5. We are a 100% non-smoking house (this applies to all forms including vaping). Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $500 fee.
  6. Owner is not liable for damages, loss, theft, or injury to guests. The supervision and safety of all children are the direct responsibility of Guests, Parents, or Caretakers of any child on the property.
  7. No boats or trailers are allowed (HOA policy).
  8. Dog Friendly up to 2 dogs ($80 per dog, per stay). Dogs must be on-leash outside the house grounds, per the HOA rules. You are responsible for picking up after your dog and not leaving them unattended. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture unless the guest brings a dedicated blanket or covering for their use each time.
  9. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required during the winter months of November 1 – March 31 given the range of winter driving conditions.

Important to note
Please rest assured that while there are internal sensors that monitor noise levels (in decibels) & cigarette smoking/vaping, there are no cameras inside the home or in the two patios. There are exterior cameras outside the house only, with no views into the hot tub patio or grill patio. Your privacy & security are important to us.
